Where your images live

Every image you upload, for an image item, a prize, a QR code's logo or its No win screen, goes into your library. Open Images in the sidebar to see them all, with each one's file name, size, dimensions and upload date.

Uploading

  • Formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, up to 3 MB each.
  • Upload in the item editor (image and prize items), on the QR code's Look page (logo) or on its No win page.
  • Images count toward your plan's storage: the free plan includes 100 MB. When it's full, uploading stops until you delete some images.

Using one image in several places

In an image or prize item, and on the No win page, Or choose one of your images shows the images you already uploaded. Pick one to reuse it: it counts only once toward your storage, however many items use it.

  • Picking an image clears a file you chose to upload, and choosing a file sets the picker back to None.
  • Logos are always uploaded on the Look page; they can't be picked from the library.

What uses an image

Each image shows Used in with every item, logo and No win screen that uses it. Click one to open it.

Filter the list with All, In use and Not in use. The bar at the top shows how much of your storage is used.

Deleting images

  • Not in use: tick the images and delete them together. This can't be undone.
  • In use: click Detach first. The image is taken off every place that uses it: logos and No win pictures are removed, prizes just lose their picture, and image items lose their image and are turned off until you choose a new one. Then you can delete it.
  • Deleting an item or a QR code also deletes its images, unless they're used somewhere else.

Deleting an image frees its space right away.
