Import and export

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Export saves QR codes to a file. Import turns that file back into QR codes, in your account or in someone else's. Use it to copy a code, to move it to another account, or to keep a backup.

Export one QR code

Open the QR code's Export page. Under What to include, everything is ticked by default:

  • Items: every item with its images, rarity and schedule. Items an admin removed are left out.
  • Prize codes: only those not won yet. They're copied, not moved: if both codes are on, the same prize could be won twice.
  • Password: the copy asks for the same one. It's saved as a one-way hash, never as text.
  • Connected channels: reconnected only in an account that has connected the same YouTube or Twitch channel.

The name, settings, odds and look are always included. The scan link never is: every copy gets its own. Choose Download file to save it.

Export all your QR codes

In Account, under Your QR codes, Download all QR codes saves every code in one file, with everything included.

Keep exported files private: they hold your prize codes.

Import

On your QR codes page, choose Import, pick an exported file (.json) and choose Import. It takes a file from one code's Export page or the file with all your codes.

  • Each code becomes a new QR code with its own scan link, switched off until you turn it on.
  • Your plan's limits apply. If some codes don't fit (or the file is damaged), the others are still imported and you're told how many couldn't be.
  • Files can be up to 20 MB, with up to 200 items.

Printed codes keep pointing to the original, not to the copy.
