Qwirl for Events and conferences

The code on the badge that keeps up with your event

Print one Qwirl code on badges, posters or tables. It shows what’s on now, the map and the Wi-Fi, and hands out prizes during the breaks. When a talk moves room, you change it once and everyone sees it.

A one-day meetup

At 9:00 the code shows the welcome and the map. Through the day, a schedule shows the talk that’s about to start. During the coffee break, 1 in 10 scans wins a T-shirt, with a code to show at the desk. In the evening the same code links to the slides and the feedback form.

What helps

  • On time, by itself

Give each item a start and an end time: the agenda, the break and the after-party appear when they should.

    Read the guide
  • Prizes for the breaks

Spread 30 T-shirts evenly over the day, or turn on happy hours with higher chances during the break.

  • Your event’s look

Your colours and logo on the scan page, and a downloadable code in print quality.

  • How many came by

Scans per hour and which items were seen, without collecting personal data.

  2. 2

Add scheduled items for the agenda, then print the code on badges and posters.

  3. 3

Change anything during the day; everyone sees it on their next scan.

Questions

Can I prepare it days before?

Yes. Scheduled items only show at their time, and the code can stay off until the doors open.

How do winners collect?

The prize screen shows a code; they show it at the desk, and you see every win on the Prizes page.

Does it work for a big crowd?

Yes. Each prize code goes to exactly one person, even when hundreds scan at the same moment.
